Today we are going talk about LEADERSHIP, and I assure you that with the Grace of God with you AND I, after reading this you will get to know more about what leadership is or who a leader is. Now someone may be asking WHAT IS LEADERSHIP or WHO IS A LEADER.
A LEADER, IS SOMEONE WHO IS BEEN SET AS THE HEAD OF PEOPLE OR AN ORGANIZATION.
Now from the definition we just read, we got to know that a leader is someone who is set as the head. For example: in the family we have a leader who is the man of the house, but there is something that we have not got realize and that is WE BORN AS A LEADER. Maybe you seen many poeple who are been set as leaders but don't their leadership by example and that kept you wondering if you can also one day be a leader who will change the world as many leaders did in the past. We humans see leadership in a different way, LEADERSHIP as we see it is not a position but it is an action, the reason I said that was becuase a leader always say LETS GO!! and not say LET ME GO. Always remember that a leader is never selfish, If a leader has this spirit of selfish in him or her I tell you today that there is no way that leader can move forward. In this life, when you raise youself high you will always go down, so as a good friend I thought of giving you some characteristics of being a leader:
