Today we are going to treat on something that is very essential as a service provider, now before we get to the main point just realax and ask your self this question.....(CAN A RELATIONSHIP BE BUILT WITHOUT TRUST?).......that is absolutly imposible right?. Building and maintaining Clients realationship should be the main focus for your company but how can it this be when there is no trust between you and your client.
These are keys by which you can build a good relationship with your clients:
#1. TRUST
Trust is simply defind as a firm belief of reliabilty or truth. Now in everything before it get's better and much better it should be based on TRUST. Trust is something you can not do away with in a relationship, It is basically the main foundation of love between two or more people. Jesus in the bible chose his disciples through trust and not by love. Love comes when there is trust well built in a relationship. So work on the trust you have for your clients and also, trust is not only based on you to trust your clients but your clients also trusting you. But how can someone trust you?, One can trust you only if you LOVE them.
*RESPECTING THEIR TIME:
Respecting their time?, Yes repsect each and every clients time that they have. Respecting their time does not mean you should give all your attention to them but it means showing them that they are so special to you. Let your clients know that you care for them and even though you have alot to do you still have them in mind.
#2. EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION
Regular communication is very essential in the life of every man or womans life.Through communication you get to know the no more people and also helps you to get more insite in what you are communicating to people or receiving from people. So what ever occupation you find yourself in communication should be your no.1 priority, communicate with your clients effectively in other to let them get more insite your product, deals and offers you are selling or making with him or her. This also makes your client to know you more through the way you go about things and how sociable you are. As a matter of fact knowing you as a service provider does not mean he or she knows you well but through communication both of you gets to konw each other very well which is likely to bring understanding between you and your clients.
#3. SHARING OF KNOWLEDGE
Now after you have engaged in communication with your clients, sharing of knowledge or if I may say Idea is involved. Through communication, we get more Ideas or knowledge in what you are into. At this stage you get to know what you do not know through the conversation you are having with your client. Apparently your client came in for a specific product or service so as you get to know your clients better you may locate some other areas in which you can help out with, sharing your knowledge and applying your skills can help you to solve a wider range of problems that your client never expected you to be capable of. In sharing your ideas you go high beyond being simply a service provider and become a teacher. By doing this you encourage your client’s to have confidence in you, potentially leading to a wider scope of projects, extra work and extra pay.
#4. BEING HONEST TO THEM
Finally, being honest is what every client expects from his or her service provider. When you play the role of an honest service provider counts in each and every institution or organisation, when your clients see that you are being honest to them they begin to have a sort of trust for you and your institution so never stop being honest to them and remember (Gabage in Gabage out).
